WHAT IS THE AKBARALY FOUNDATION

The Akbaraly Foundation fights extreme poverty and inequalities by developing sustainable projects that aim at creating resilient communities in the countries where it operates. Our actions are inspired by the principles of the "Declaration of Human Rights" and in the Agenda 2030 for sustainable development created by the UN. The Foundation develops integrated pilot projects, that can be scaled and reproduced thanks to its approach based on the beneficiaries' real needs. "A person whose essential needs are met is a free individual who can actively contribute to the resilience, development and growth of their family, their community and their country as a whole."
